Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has declined to a low level since the last message.
The target region NOAA 14028 (S17E36) and its nearby region
14030 (S16E54) both have a beta-gamma configuration and
produced seven low C-class flares in the period. NOAA 14028
is undergoing significant magnetic flux emergence in its intermediate
portion and shall remain the target today. Please note that the
largest event in the period was a C4.2 flare at 07:39 UT today,
produced by NOAA 14019 (N06W42). This region has developed
into a beta-gamma-delta configuration and produced another C4.1
flare yesterday. C-class flares are expected, with a chance of an
isolated low M-class flare in the next 24-48 hours.

The position of NOAA 14028 on 16-Mar-2025 at 08:30 UT is:

S17E36 (-543",-187")
