Solar activity remains at the mid B-level. The target region NOAA 11660 retains its beta-gamma configuration and continues to increase in size but has remained quiescent. No significant increase in activity expected at this time.

The position of NOAA 11660 on 23-Jan-2013 at 18:00 UT is:

N14W39, ( 596", 304" )
