Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity remains to be low since the last message. The largest
event was a C5.7 flare at 00:47 UT on 2/18 from NOAA 13990. The target
region, NOAA 13992 did not show further development in magnetic
configuration only having produced several low-to-mid C class flares
in the past 24 hours and now during the West limb passage.

NOAA 13998 is a new region that emerged a few days ago at the East of
NOAA 13996 and showing more than 20 low-to-mid C class flares since then.
This region is adding size and magnetic complexity and classified as a
beta-delta type. We will observe the center portion of NOAA 13998 as a
default target for the next 24 hours. Additional C class flares or larger are
expected.

The position of the target in NOAA 13998 on 18-February-2025 at 16:30
UT is: S13E44  (-661", -149").
