Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity levels remain low. A small number of C-class flares were produced, the largest being a C3.9 at 23:56 UT yesterday from NOAA 13996. There has been minimal sunspot dynamism as most active regions on the disk appear relatively stable. For now, NOAA 13990 will continue as the target region. Further C-class activity is expected

The position of NOAA 13990 on 16-February-2025 at 12:30 UT is:

S09W61, (117", -36")
