Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity is extremely low. There have been no flares in the past 24 hours and background levels are at approximately B1. NOAA 11602 appears to be decaying and has not produced any flaring activity. Therefore, we will switch to region 11604 at this time. A small beta classified sunspot has emerged in this region over the past few hours and if it continues to grow, may produce some very small flares. B - C class activity is possible.

The position of NOAA 11604 on 4-Nov-2012 14:00 UT is:

N08E40 ( -617", 83" )
