Solar activity has slightly reduced. Several flares were produced in the last 24 hours, the largest being an M1.5 from NOAA 14236 at 05:00 UT today. NOAA 14236 has reduced in complexity and is now classified as a beta-gamma type region. Meanwhile, NOAA 14232, in close proximity to NOAA 14236, is now classified as a beta-gamma-delta region. The area surrounding these regions contains substantial emerging flux. As such, NOAA 14236 will remain the target region. Further C-class activity is expected with additional isolated low M-class events.
The position of NOAA 14236 on 03-October-2025 at 11:30 UT is
