Solar activity has decreased to a moderate-to-low level since the last
message. The largest event during the period was an M2.9 flare at
15:36 UT yesterday, produced by a northeast limb region (N19E89).
The target region, NOAA 14294, produced more than ten C-class
flares and two M1.4 flares during the period. Today, we will continue
the Major Flare Watch campaign on this region because of its flare
