Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has decreased a little bit since the last message.
The largest event during the period was a C8.8 flare at 22:41 UT
yesterday produced by the target NOAA 14043. 14043 also
produced another four C-class flares including a C7.5. It retains
a beta/D-type configuration and shows some mixed polarities in
its intermediate portion. Today we will continue to watch this
region. Further C-class activities are expected with some chance
of a low M-class flare in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 14043 on March 28 at 08:30 UT is:

N14E23 (-365", 332")
