Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at a low level. The largest event since the
last message was a C2.3 flare at 16:55 UT yesterday produced
by the target region NOAA 14307. 14307 also produced another
three ~C1 flares and four high B-class flares during the period. It
retains a beta/D-type configuration but increases in the sunspot
area and number of spots. Additional C-class flares are expected
in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 14307 on December 15 at 08:30 UT is:
S13W39 (599", -207")
