Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has returned to a low level. NOAA 14079 produced only a small number of low C-class flares since the last message. This region has now more than doubled in apparent sunspot area to 1040 μh. NOAA 10479 appears to demonstrate large closed-loop structures within the region. NOAA 14079 will remain the target region and should continue to be monitored closely. Further C-class activity is likely in the next 24 hours.

The approximate position of NOAA 14079 on 01-May-2025 at 11:30 UT is

N08E47 (-688", 179")
