visible solar disk and limb.  The new target is an E-type/beta-gamma
region (NOAA 1569) located in the southeastern quadrant.
1569 has minor mixed polarities within its intermediate portion.
C-class events possible with a very slight chance of an
isolated M-class event in the next 24 hour period.
