Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has continued at an intermediate level. The
target region NOAA 14435 produced four flares, including
the largest being a C9.5 at 16:05 UT yesterday. This region
has been classified as a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group,
though it is nearing the west limb. Today, the target will
remain with NOAA 14435 for a further 24 hours. Additional
low-C activity is possible in the coming 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 14435 on 16-May-2026 at 11:30 UT is:

N22W88 (878", 356")
