an M6.9 flare was produced at 9:32 UT today (8/25) from the target

At this time, we will implement the Major Flare Watch campaign on
NOAA 14513. The area of leading sunspots is forming a sharp boundary
of opposite polarity magnetic field patches, which is the main source
of a series of M class events. Further flare activities of M class or
larger are expected in the next 24 hours.
