Meeting HotelWe have made a blanket no-cost cancellation of all original (September) hotel reservations of conference participants. If you paid a guarantee, you should receive a refund. If you don't see the refund on your credit card, please contact the hotel directly. If you are receiving support from Yohkoh10 to cover your hotel stay, please contact Jana Halvorson (jana@mcn.net), conference coordinator, with the dates of your stay, and she will make reservations on your behalf. Rooms are blocked off and reduced rates secured at $89.00/night ($99.50 with tax) single or double occupancy until Monday December 10, 2001. You must mention the Yohkoh10 Research Meeting to secure these rates when you make your hotel reservations. Rooms before or after the meeting dates may be booked at the conference rate as available. All sessions of the meeting will be held in the conference rooms of the meeting hotel: King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel
To ensure the special low conference rate by an email reservation, you must specify that you wish to stay at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel (the email reservation system serves multiple hotels), and that you are part of the Yohkoh10 Meeting. We do not recommend using the hotel's online forms to register, as you cannot secure the conference rates with that system.
