About me
As of July 2021, I have successfully defended my dissertation. This site will no longer be updated. I can be reached by email at m.mccarthy(at)baeri(dot)org.
I'm originally from Bellevue, WA and attended Willamette University in Salem, OR for my undergraduate degree. I am passionate about the representation of women and minorities in STEM fields, coronal loops in quiescent active regions, and running trails around Bozeman.
