MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 11718 is now over the western limb. Solar activity continues at the
low C-level with several events emanating from NOAA 11723 in the southern
hemisphere which shall be the new target region. NOAA 11723 has shown signs
of flux emergence over the past 24 hours and is now classified as a
beta-gamma region. Further C-level activity likely.

The position of NOAA 11723 on 16-Apr-2013 at 09:00 UT is:

S18E15, ( -233", -211" )
