MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

NOAA 11719, now on the western limb, was the source of several low-level
events since the last message, including a C3.5 flare at 21:17 UT
yesterday. The target region NOAA 11723 remains unchanged in terms of size
and complexity, and has been relatively quiet. Slight chance of increased
activity over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 11723 on 17-Apr-2013 at 09:00 UT is:

S17E04, ( -61", -193" )
