MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

The level of solar activity remains very low. NOAA 12578 has decayed
over the past 24 hours, being reclassified by NOAA as an alpha/A-type
group. No soft X-ray flares have occurred in the last 24 hours. Only
low-to-mid B-class flares are expected in the following 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12578 on 21-Aug-2016 at 20:30 UT is:

N09W18, ( 296", 40" )
