MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Target region, NOAA 2578 (N09W30), continues to slowly
decay and is now spotless. The target will switch to
a rapidly developing EFR located in the northeastern quadrant.
The EFR has bright H-alpha plage with an arch filament system
and a tilted magnetic inversion line. B-class events probable
with a chance of an isolated C-class event if the region continues
to develop in the following 24 hour period.

The position of the target on August 22 at 09:45 UT is:
N12E27 (Solar X = -423", Solar Y = 096")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
