MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The target region on the eastern limb has now been designated as NOAA
12650. It has a small leader spot with some trailing plage, and has
produced some minor B-level activity since the last message. Further
low level events possible over the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12650 on 10-Apr-2017 at 07:30 UT is:
N08E67, ( -874", 171" )
