MM#009 Default HESSI Target

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at the B-level. The largest event since the
last message was a B4.8 flare from NOAA 12650 at 18:16 UT yesterday.
NOAA 12650 remains unchanged and retains its beta configuration, and
shall continue to be the target region. Further B-level activity
expected.

The position of NOAA 12650 on 11-Apr-2017 at 13:30 UT is:

N09E48, ( -704", 214" )
