Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity is at a very low level. NOAA 12770 has been stable
in terms of number of spots and spot area, and remains classified
as a beta/C-type sunspot group. This region has continued to be
the source of A-class activity since the last message, but there
remains a chance for low B-class flares in the following 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12770 on 5-Aug-2020 at 13:00 UT is:

N23E53 , ( -697", 312" )

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Shaun Bloomfield (Northumbria University)
