Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12792 and NOAA 12793 (S15E46,
beta/C-type) produced three and five B-class flares in the
past 24 hours, respectively. The largest event was a C5.3 at
12/15/06:14 UT from the latter region. 12792 continues showing
flux emergence in its intermediate portion. If possible, please
also include NOAA 12793 in your field of view. B-class activities
are expected with a slight chance of an isolated C-class flare
in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12792 on December 16 at 04:30 UT is:

S22E23 (-354", -350")
