Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has been at a very low level since the last message,
with only a B1.8 flare produced by NOAA 12793. Yesterday's target
NOAA 12792 has decayed to a plage region and has been flare quiet.
Today the target will switch to NOAA 12793 that remains its beta/
B-type configuration. B-class flares are probable in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12793 on December 17 at 04:30 UT is:

S15E32 (-500", -236")

See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and

for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.

Regards,

Ying Li (Purple Mountain Observatory)
