MM#009 Default Target

Dear Collaborators,

The target region has been numbered as NOAA 12871 with a
beta/D-type configuration. In the past 24 hours, 12871 produced
numerous low B-class flares as well as a B8.1 at 09/20/09:24 UT.
It shows flux emergence in its north portion. B-class activities are
expected with a chance of C-class flares in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12871 on September 20 at 07:30 UT is:

S28E57 (-708", -502")
