Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12871 was the source of numerous
B-class flares (the largest one being a B6.3 at 09/20/10:38 UT)
in the past 24 hours. 12871 retains its beta/D-type configuration
but increases in the sunspot area and number of spots. There
also emerged two regions with sunspots, numbered as NOAA
12872 (N17E40, beta/C-type) and 12873 (N26W09, beta/B-type),
which were relatively flare quiet. More B-class events are expected
with a chance of C-class flares from the target region in the next
24-hour period.

The position of NOAA 12871 on September 21 at 03:30 UT is:

S29E48 (-622", -529")
