Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12871 is producing an ~M3 flare! It also
produced the only C1.1 flare and numerous B-class flares in the
past 24 hours. 12871 retains its beta-delta/D-type configuration
while decreasing in the sunspot area. There appear another four
regions (NOAA 12872-12875) with sunspots on the visible solar disk,
which also produced a few B-class flares. Further B- and C-class
events are expected with some chance of additional M-class flare
in the next few days.

The position of NOAA 12871 on September 23 at 03:30 UT is:

S28E23 (-330", -542")
