Dear Collaborators,

The target region NOAA 12871 was the source of an M1.8 flare (at
09/23/15:23 UT) and also two C-class (C1.0 and C2.9) and a few
B-class flares in the past 24 hours. 12871 has been designated as
a beta-gamma-delta/D-type region. More B- and C-class activities
are expected with a chance of low M-class flares in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 12871 on September 24 at 07:30 UT is:

S28E07 (-103", -549")
