Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has continued at a moderate level since the last
message. Multiple C-class flares were produced over the last 24 hours,
the largest being a C8.9 from NOAA 13395 at 09:04 UT today. NOAA 13395
appears to have further developed in the last 24 hours, showing signs
of increased flux emergence. This region remains classified as a
beta-gamma configuration and will continue to be the target region
with chances of further C-class activity over the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13395 on 12-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT is approximately:

N15W37 = (549", 161")
