Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has slightly diminished since the last message.
Multiple C-class flares were produced over the last 24 hours, the
largest being a C5.2 from NOAA 13395 at 23:44 UT yesterday. NOAA 13395
is now reclassified as a beta-delta configuration as it begins its
approach to the northwest limb. This region will continue to be the
target region for the next 24 hours. Further C-class activity is
likely, with a chance for an isolated M-class flare.

The position of NOAA 13395 on 13-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT is approximately:

N13W51 = (716", 146")
