Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has further diminished since the last message. A small
number of low C-class flares were produced over the last 24 hours, the
largest being a C2.1 from NOAA 13395 at 22:34 UT yesterday. NOAA 13395
retains its beta-delta configuration as it begins its transit of the
northwest limb. NOAA 13395 will continue to be the target region for
the next 24 hours, with a slight chance of continued C-class activity.

The position of NOAA 13395 on 14-Aug-2023 at 11:30 UT is approximately:

N16W63 = (811", 212")

The position of NOAA on at UT is:
