Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity remains at a low level. The largest event since
the last message was a C3.1 flare at 11:52 UT on 30-Jan-2023
produced by an unnumbered limb region (S10E89), which has
produced 5 C-class events. Today's target shall switch to this
region because of its recent higher frequency of flaring activity.
Yesterday's target region NOAA 13200 produced only a C1.3 flare,
with signs of decay. Further C-class activities are expected in the
following 24-hour period.

The approximate position of the target on 30-Jan-2023 12:30 UT

S11E88 (-900", -200")
