Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has reached intermediate levels. The largest event
since the last message was a C4.8 flare at 10:46 UT on 31-Jan-2023
produced by the limb target region, which was newly numbered as
NOAA 13207 and was classified as a beta/C-type sunspot group.
This region stays the most productive and has produced 6 C-class
flares. Today the target shall still be this region. Please note that a
plage region (N20E24) also produced 4 low C-class flares during
the period. Further C-class activities are expected in the following
24-hour period.

The position of NOAA 13207 on 31-Jan-2023 12:30 UT

S13E64 (-854", -175")
