Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has continued at an intermediate level since the last
message. Two M1 flares were produced over the last 24 hours from NOAA
13490 and NOAA 13499. A new beta-gamma-delta region in the southeast
quadrant has been numbered as NOAA 13500. This region has an
approximate area of 520 μh and has shown signs of potential rotational
shearing and additional flux emergence. At this time, we are
implementing a Major Flare Watch campaign with NOAA 13500 as the new
target region, with a chance for a >M5 flare over the next 24-48
hours.

The position of NOAA 13500 on 24-Nov-2023 at 12:30 UT is:

S18E58, (-785", -315")
