Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity has diminished since the last message. The largest event
in the period was a C3.8 flare at 14:27 UT yesterday from the target region
NOAA 13500, which also produced another five low C-class flares in the
period. 13500 retains its beta-gamma magnetic configuration and has
increased in terms of spot area and number of spots. NOAA 13500 will
remain as the target region due to its continued flux emergence, although
we are ending the Major Flare Watch at this time. Further C-class activity
is likely, with a slight chance of M-class flares.

The position of NOAA 13500 on 30-Nov-2023 at 08:30 UT is:

S18W23, (362",-317")

De-Chao Song (Purple Mountain Observatory)
