Dear Collaborators,

Solar activity continues at a low level. A few low C-class
flares were produced by various regions, the largest one
being a C2.9 at 01/15/13:54 UT from NOAA 13553 with an
alpha/H-type configuration. The target region NOAA 13541
produced three flares (C1.7, C2.0, and C2.5) during the
period. 13541 retains a beta/C-type sunspot group but
increases in the area and number of spots. We will continue
to watch this region as it rotates to the west limb. Only C-class
activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

The position of NOAA 13541 on January 16 at 16:30 UT

S20W71 (867", -308")
