Examples
A collection of examples from the literature. Source configurations
have been translated from tables or figures from the classic MCC papers
which use point sources. Consult the original reference for an explanation
of units and labeling, these have been retained when possible. Those described
as "submerged poles models" do not have footprints since the sources lay
beneath the z=0 surface.
