Streamlining Code Continued

I continued to work on refining my codes to be user-friendly and efficient. From my loop_pipeline program in week 8, I moved on to streamlining my stackplot code. It now has the optional keyword ARCSEC to make the x-axis be plotted in arcseconds provided that an index variable is fed into the program that contains the cdelt1 attribute (arcsecond to pixel ratio). I also refined the process of obtaining a quadrupole structure for events using the MPOLE programs. Finally, I worked on the codes to create magnetic flux graphs from the quadrupole model as well as the loops/stack variables for each wavelength.

This stackplot shows case 1 with the expanded slit for 211 angstrom data. The x-axis is in arcseconds using the ARCSEC keyword I created.
An example of a magnetic flux plot with a zoomed view of both the quadrupole model interconnecting flux and both the 211 and 171 angstrom wavelengths.
