Evolution of electron distribution functions in solar flares View all project descriptions by submitter

Gottfried Mann Submitted: 17-Aug-2005 02:13

We are using RHESSI spectra to determine the evolution of electron distribution functions during the course of solar flares. We are interested in how the distribution functions change from the impulsive to the gradual phase, and we plan to study in how far the observed behavior is consistent with various acceleration models.

Participants: Gottfried Mann, Alexander Warmuth, Hakan Oenel
