propagation inferred from coronal dimmings
-- Shantanu Jain, Tatiana Podladchikova, Karin Dissauer, Astrid Veronig,
Amaia Razquin

The Max Millennium program exists to enhance all aspects of solar
flare research. If you have news that is of broad interest to that
community, feel free to send your message to the MMScience e-mail list:

The SolarNuggets continue the earlier series of RHESSI Nuggets, and are now located at
https://heliowiki.smce.nasa.gov/wiki/index.php/SolarNuggets
No. 531, “The Source Surface Height Through the Solar Cycle: A Path to Better Solar Wind Forecasts,” by Sandeep KUMAR and Nandita SRIVASTAVA. Following the solar cycle with optimized PFSS modeling.
No. 530, “Filament Eruptions as seen in the Sun-as-a-star H-alpha Spectrum,” by Junyi ZHANG and Yijun HOU. H-alpha from a space platform shows Sun-as-a-star signatures of ejecta.
No. 529, “Particle Pressure and CMEs,” by Hugh Hudson and Ed Cliver. High-energy particles can exert substantial pressure and affect eruption dynamics.
No. 528, “White-Light and Lyman-alpha Emissions in Solar Flares: Timing, Timescale, Energy, and Scaling,” by Dechao SONG. A new catalog of white-light flares including novel Lyman-alpha data.
As always, we welcome new items and encourage opinion pieces and news items as well as descriptions of new discoveries. Just email Hugh Hudson with a page of news-oriented text and 2-3 nice figures.
