MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity remains very low. The largest event in the past 24 hours was a B5.4 at 11/15/14:25 produced by target region NOAA 2449. The background x-ray flux is currently at the B2.5 level. 2449 continues in slow decay phase and all regions on the visible solar disk are also decaying or are stable. No significant flare activity expected anytime soon.
The position of NOAA 2449 on November 15 at 12:35 UT is: S11W43 (Solar X = 651", Solar Y = -220")
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
