Newly emerged active region NOAA 11726 has been the source of several C1
flares over the past 24 hours and shall be the new target region. The
region appears to be quadrapolar in nature with polarity mixing in the
trailing portion. Good chance for further low-to-intermediate level
activity as the region continues to develop.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 11719 was the source of an unexpected over-the-limb C6.5 flare at
17:56 UT yesterday but otherwise activity has remained at low levels. The
target region NOAA 11723 continues to decay and maintains its beta/D-type
configuration. No significant activity expected over the next 24 hours.

NOAA 11719 has produced additional low C-class flares as it approaches the
western limb. The target region NOAA 11723 has remained quiescent and has
begun to decay in its trailing portion and is now classified as a beta
region. Slight chance for some isolated low-level events.

NOAA 11719, now on the western limb, was the source of several low-level
events since the last message, including a C3.5 flare at 21:17 UT
yesterday. The target region NOAA 11723 remains unchanged in terms of size
and complexity, and has been relatively quiet. Slight chance of increased
activity over the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 11718 is now over the western limb. Solar activity continues at the
low C-level with several events emanating from NOAA 11723 in the southern
hemisphere which shall be the new target region. NOAA 11723 has shown signs
of flux emergence over the past 24 hours and is now classified as a
beta-gamma region. Further C-level activity likely.

MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is low. The largest x-ray event in the
past 24 hours was a C1.4 at 04/13/19:53 UT produced
by NOAA 1718. 1718 is now decaying but is currently
maintaining its somewhat complex beta-gamma magnetic
configuration. B-class events expected with a chance of
a C-class event and only a slight chance of an isolated M-class
event in the next 24 hours.

MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 1719, N11W22, has decayed significantly
losing its magnetic delta configuration. It was the source
of only minor C-class events in the past 24 hours.
NOAA 1718 produced an isolated M3.3 event at 04/12/20:38 UT.
1718 has decayed slightly since the M-class event but remains
a D-type/beta-gamma region with the brightest plage on
the visible disk. The target will switch from 1719 to 1718 today.
There is a chance of another M-class event in the next few days.

MM#003 Major Flare Watch
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The magnetic delta configuration located in the trailing
spot in target region NOAA 1719 has decayed somewhat
after the M6.5 event yesterday but the region is maintaining its
large E-type/beta-gamma-delta sunspot group. Another
event =/>M5 is possible in the next few days if 1719
preserves its complex magnetic configuration.

MM#003 Major Flare Watch
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 1719 was the source of an isolated M6.5 event
at 04/11/07:16 UT. At this time we are implementing
Max Millennium coordinated observing plan #003
(Region Likely To Produce A Major Flare). 1719 rapidly
developed a magnetic delta configuration located in the
southeastern portion of its reversed polarity D-type/beta-gamma
sunspot group. We will switch to 1719 from NOAA 1718
today. 1718 is maintaining its D-type/beta-gamma sunspot
group and is currently the brightest region on the visible disk.
It is possible that 1719 will produce another major flare =/>M5
in the next few days. 1718 is also capable of producing an
isolated M-class event.
The position of NOAA 1719 on April 11 at 13:00 UT is:
