MM#009 Default HESSI Target
Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at a very low level. All regions
on the visible solar disk are in decay phase. The most active
region since the last message was NOAA 1756, S18W81.
1756 was the source of two minor C-class events. The target
region NOAA 1760 has a somewhat unusual east-west magnetic
inversion line and the brightest H-alpha plage on the disk. No significant
solar flare activity expected anytime soon.
The position of NOAA 1760 on May 31 at 13:00 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is very low. All regions on the visible
solar disk are magnetically simple. Target region NOAA
1756, S19W61, has significantly decayed and has been
quiescent during the past 24 hours. The target will switch
from 1756 to NOAA 1760 today. 1760 is a recently emerged
small bright compact plage with a B-type/beta sunspot group.
1760 has been producing a few minor C-class events over
the past two days. The most recent was a C2.9 at 05/29/22:36 UT.
No noteworthy events are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 1760 on May 30 at 13:00 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity continues at low levels. There were two
minor C-class events since the last message. NOAA 1756
produced a C1.2 at 05/29/07:36 UT and a new small compact
region located at N11E74 was the source of a C1.5 event at
05/29/02:18 UT. Although target region 1756 is displaying
significant decay, it will remain the target for another 24 hours.
No noteworthy solar flare activity expected in the next 24 hour
period.

a very extended F-type/beta region. No significant flare
events expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar flare activity is very low. There were only two minor
C-class events since the last message. Both events
were produced by target region 1756. 1756 has a large
extended F-type sunspot group but its magnetic classification
is now a simple beta. There remains a slight chance of another
C-class event in the next 24 hours.

Solar activity is at a low level. The largest event over the previous 24
hours was
a C3.8 on 26-May-2013 at 09:57 UT released by yesterday's target (NOAA
11756). Although the region exhibits minor signs of decay, it shows the
largest
area (290 microhemispheres) and complexity (beta-gamma/Ehi) of the regions
on
disk. Further low C-class activity is expected with a chance for an
isolated high
C-class flare.

a C2.1 flare on 25-May-2013 at 10:49 UT released by yesterday's target
(NOAA
11756). The region shows the decay of intermediate spots in the leading
portion
and minor intermediate spot emergence in the following portion. The
classification
of NOAA 11756 remains unchanged (beta-gamma/Ehi). Further low C-class
activity is expected with a chance for an isolated high C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a low level. Yesterday's target (NOAA 11756) produced
the
largest event over the previous 24 hours (a C3.4 flare on 23-May-2013) and
has
continued to produce low C-class activity. NOAA 11756 shows minor evidence
for
a gamma configuration and its polarity separation line appears to be
weakening.
However, its sunspot classification has changed from Dsi to Ehi. Further
C-class
activity is expected with a chance for an isolated high C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a low level. Yesterday's target (NOAA 11755) has
produced
low C-class activity over the previous 24 hours and the main polarity
separation
line between the two adjacent spots in the trailing portion has weakened.
There is
only minor evidence for its gamma magnetic classification. The largest
event
over the previous 24 hours was a C3.9 flare on 23-May-2013 at 14:50 UT,
released by NOAA 11756. NOAA 11756 has undergone continued flux emergence
and exhibits a clear gamma configuration. It was the source of multiple
C-class
flares over the previous 24 hours. Further C-class activity is expected
with a
chance for high C-class activity.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a moderate to high level. The largest event over the
previous
24 hours was an M5.0 flare on 22-May-2013 13:32 UT released by NOAA 11745.
The region exhibits a simple configuration (beta/Cao) and there is some
evidence
that it was destabilised by dynamics within the adjacent region, NOAA
11748. No
further substantial activity is expected from NOAA 11745. A newly emerging
region in the South-East quadrant has been designated NOAA 11756 and was
responsible for multiple low C-class flares. The region shows evidence for
a
beta-gamma configuration. On the other hand, yesterdays target (now
designated
NOAA 11755) has continued to emerge, also shows evidence for a beta-gamma
classification, and additionally exhibits a very strong polarity separation
line.
Because of this, NOAA 11755 will remain the target. Low C-class activity is
expected with a chance for a high C-class event.
