The level of solar activity continues to be low. NOAA 12506 grew
somewhat over the previous 24 hours, increasing in spot area and
longitudinal extent. As a result NOAA 12506 is now classified as
a beta-gamma/D-type sunspot group. This region was the source of
the largest flare since the last message - a B6.9 on 29-Feb-2016
at 04:19 UT. More B-class flares are expected over the following
24 hours, with a chance for another low C-class flare.

Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA region 12506 continued to
grow over the past 24 hours, increasing in spot area, number of
spots, and in longitudinal extent. This region is now classified
as a beta/D-type sunspot group. 12506 produced 3 B-class flares
since the last message, including the largest magnitude event of
the period (a B4.5 on 28-Feb-2016 at 06:30 UT). Further B-class
activity is expected over the following 24 hours, with a chance
for an additional low C-class flare.

in the past 24 hours, primarily in number of intermediate spots.
This region continues to be classified as a beta/C-type sunspot
group and since the last message has produced four B-class flares
and a C3.3 flare on 27-Feb-2016 at 05:44 UT. More B-class activity
is expected over the next 24 hours, with a good chance for further
low C-class flares.

to be the most flare-productive region on the visible disk and was
the source of several B-class and a C1.0 flare on 26-Feb-2016 at
09:43 UT. This region has increased in size to become a beta/C-type
sunspot group class over the past 24 hours. More B-class activity
is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for further low
C-class flares.

been designated as NOAA region 12506 with a beta/B-type sunspot group
classification. This region has produced six low-to-mid B-class flares
since the last message. Further B-class activity is expected over the
following 24 hours, with a chance for an additional low C-class flare.

unnumbered by NOAA even though it exhibits small spots in continuum
images obtained from the SDO mission. This region has continued to
be flare productive, being the source of the largest event since the
last message (a C1.4 flare on 24-Feb-2016 at 12:23 UT). More B-class
activity is expected over the next 24 hours, with a chance for more
low C-class flares.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The level of solar activity continues to be very low. Although it
remains unnumbered by NOAA, yesterday’s target region close to the
South East limb exhibits small spots with no penumbra in a bipolar
magnetic configuration (making it a small beta/B-type sunspot group
classification). This continued to be the only region producing
flares since the last message, being the source of a B9.7 event on
23-Feb-2016 at 01:01 UT. Further B-class activity is probable over
the following 24 hours, with a chance of resuming C-class flaring.

Solar activity is at a very low level. The region that rotated over
the South East limb in the last couple of days shows signs of small
spot coverage, but has not yet been numbered by NOAA. This region
has produced three B-class flares in the past 24 hours, including
the largest flare of the period (a B8.7 on 22-Feb-2016 at 20:43 UT).
Further B-class activity is probable over the next 24 hours, with a
chance of this region resuming C-class flaring if the leading spot
that is visible grows in area or additional trailing spots rotate
into view.
The approximate position of this region on 22-Feb-2016 at 23:00 UT is:

Solar activity is at the B-level. The region on the southeast limb has
been quiescent since the last message. It is now on the disk and
appears to be spotless. A newly emerged beta region in the northwest
quadrant, designated as NOAA 12505, has produced some low-level events
and shall be the new target region. The region appears to show signs
of polarity mixing in its core and may produce some C-class flares
over the next 24 hours.

Solar activity continues at low levels. The region on the southeast
limb produced a few low-level events since the last message, including
a C2.7 flare at 22:49 UT yesterday. The region remains unnumbered, and
its magnetic configuration is unclear at this time, but it shall
continue to be the target region with additional B- and C-class flares
likely over the next 24 hours.
