The largest event since the last message was a C5.2
at 18:38 UT on August 30 produced by the target region
NOAA 12674. 12674 was also the source of a C1.3 and
a few high B-class events. 12674 has been designated
as a beta/E-type magnetic classification, increasing in
sunspot area and number of spots. More B- and C-class
flares are expected in the following 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 12674 on August 31 at 07:30 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Yesterday's target region has been designated as NOAA 12674,
which has a beta/D-type magnetic configuration. 12674 produced
numerous B-class as well as three low C-class flares (the largest
being two C1.3) in the past 24 hours. It appears to be in a growth
phase. Additional B- and C-class activities are expected in the next
24-hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased since the last message. A new
region (unnumbered yet) near the northeastern limb is rotating
onto the visible disk. It produced numerous high B-class events
as well as three low C-class flares (the largest being a C2.8 at
02:55 UT on August 29) in the past 24 hours. Today we will
switch the target to this new region. Further B- and C-class limb
events are expected in the next 24 hours.
The approximate position of the target on August 29 at 07:30 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity has been at a very low level. The largest event
since the last message was a B3.5 at 17:46 UT on August 27
produced by a region beyond the southeastern limb. The target
region NOAA 12671 has been flare quiet. It is almost rotating
over the western limb with overlying loops visible. We will watch
this region for a final 24 hour period. NOAA 12672 (N07W24)
produced a B1.6 at 00:53 UT on August 28 and continues to decay.
Low level activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
The activated dark filament in target region NOAA 2672
(N07W15, E-type/beta) mentioned in the message
yesterday became destabilized and erupted around
20:45 UT and was associated with a weak double ribbon
flare and a B5.4 event at 08/26/21:00 UT. The largest event
since the last message was a limb occulted C6.3 at
08/27/15:16 UT produced by NOAA 2671 located on the
northwestern limb. 2672 continues in decay phase. The
target will switch to 2671. Another C-class limb event is
possible in the next 24 hours.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2672 (N07W02, E-type/beta-gamma)
and NOAA 2671 (N13W77, F-type/beta-gamma) produced
minor B-class events since the last message. 2672 continues
to decay and 2671 is displaying new small negative polarity
spots emerging just west of the main positive polarity trailing
sunspot. 2672 has a well-defined somewhat active dark
filament located along its magnetic inversion line.
2672 and 2671 are expected to be the source of B-class
events with another C-class event possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2672 on August 26 at 15:00 UT is:

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 2672 (N07E13, E-type/beta-gamma)
and NOAA 2671 (N11W64, E-type/beta-gamma) are slowly
decaying. Both regions produced minor B-class events and
2672 was the source of an isolated C5.5 event at 08/25/07:27.
Both regions have the potential to produce B-class activity
and another C-class event is possible in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 2672 on August 25 at 13:40 UT is:

Target region NOAA 2672 and NOAA 2671 produced C-
and B-class events since the last message. The largest
C-class event was a C3.0 at 08/24/00:37 UT produced
by NOAA 2671. 2671 continues to decay especially
within its trailing portion. 2672 is mostly unchanged.
Both regions are likely to be the source of B- and
C-class events in the next 24 hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA regions 2671 and 2672 are continuing to decay.
2671 has had a significant loss of sunspot count and area
and 2672 has lost its magnetic delta configuration.
Both regions produced numerous B- and C-class events
since the last message. Target region NOAA 2672 was
the source of the largest event (C2.2 at 08/23/13:42 UT).
B-class events expected and a C-class event probable
from the target region and B-class events probable with
the chance of another C-class event from 2671 (N10W39)
in the next 24 hour period.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
NOAA 2671 (N11W26) was the source of numerous B- and
C-class events since the last message but target
region, NOAA 2672, was the source of the largest event
of the period (C3.0 at 08/21/17:57 UT). Both regions
are somewhat decaying but 2671 is still maintaining its
large F-type/beta-gamma sunspot group and 2672 is
still an E-type/beta-gamma-delta group.The magnetic
delta configuration is located within the trailing portion.
At this time we will continue to target 2672 for at least
the next 24 hour period. B- and C-class events expected
with a slight chance of an isolated M-class event in the next
24 hours with also a chance of B- and C-class activity from 2671.
The position of NOAA 2672 on August 22 at 16:00 UT is:
