Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a very low level. The target region
NOAA 13135 was the source of two C1 flares in the past 24
hours, including the largest one of a C1.4 at 10/31/02:20 UT.
13135 has been classified as a beta/E-type configuration with
increasing in the sunspot area and number of spots. More B-
class and low C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.
The position of NOAA 13135 on October 31 at 16:30 UT is:

Dear Collaborators,

event since the last message was a C1.3 flare produced by
yesterday's target region NOAA 13130 at 10/30/14:48 UT.
13130 almost rotated beyond the west limb. Today the target
will switch to NOAA 13135 that has a beta/D-type sunspot
group. 13135 produced a few ~C1 flares in the recent two days,
but it appears to decay now, showing mixed polarities in its
intermediate portion. Further low B- and C-class activities are
expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
The largest event since the last message was a C1.9 flare
produced by target region NOAA 13130 at 10/29/09:49 UT.
Please note that there were another four ~C1 flares produced
by a newly emerged region NOAA 13135 (N27E56, classified
as a beta/B-type configuration). Target region 13130 remains
its beta/D-type configuration but seems to show signs of decay.
We will watch this region for a further 24 hours when it is rotating
over the west limb. Low C-class activities are expected in the
next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Target region NOAA 13130 was the source of two ~C1 flares
(C1.2 and C1.0) and two B9 flares since the message. The
largest event of the period was a C1.3 flare at 10/27/09:30 UT
produced by NOAA 13131 (N23E21, beta/C-type). NOAA 13130
still has a beta/D-type sunspot group and shows mixed polarities
in its intermediate portion. Further C-class activities are expected
in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Yesterday's target region NOAA 13126 was flare quiet and
almost rotated over the west limb. NOAA 13130 and 13133
were the sources of a few C-class flares in the past 24 hours,
including the largest one of a C9.0 at 10/27/06:39 UT from
13130 (this needs to be confirmed later). 13130 (S24W34)
and 13133 (N26E56) were classified as beta/D-type and
beta/C-type configurations, respectively, and both are showing
new magnetic flux emergence. Today we will watch NOAA 13130,
which seems to develop more rapidly. Additional high C-class
flares are expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
The largest event since the last message was a C4.9 flare
at 10/25/18:52 UT produced by a newly numbered region
NOAA 13133 that has a beta/C-type configuration. 13133
also produced a C3.3 flare at 10/25/15:04 UT. The Target
region NOAA 13126 remains its beta/D-type sunspot group
and only produced three ~B7 flares of the period. We will
watch this region for a further 24 hours until it rotates over
the west limb. Additional C-class flares are probable in the
next 24-hour period.

Dear Collaborators,
The target region NOAA 13126 was the source of a C2.5 flare
at 10/24/13:30 UT (the largest one of the period) and also several
high B-class flares. 13126 has been classified as a beta/D-type
region with increasing the sunspot area and number of spots.
This region seems to continue emerging new magnetic fluxes though
with a much lower rate. A newly emerged region numbered as
NOAA 13131 (N23E68, alpha/H-type) also produced a few B-class
flares. B-class activities are expected with a good chance of C-class
flares in the next 24 hours.

Solar activity has increased slightly since the last message.
The target region NOAA 13126 has been emerging new magnetic
flux in its trailing portion and produced the largest event of the
period, a C4.2 at 10/24/07:50 UT, although it retained a beta/C-type
classification. Please note that a new region (numbered as
NOAA 13130 with a beta/C-type configuration) emerged yesterday
and was the source of a few B- and low C-class flares. Additional
C-class activities are expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar X-ray flux has dropped to the mid-B-level since the last message
with NOAA 13122 now fully behind the northwest limb. NOAA 13126 has
remained quiescent and continues to decay. It shall continue as the
target region for a further 24 hours although no significant chance in
activity is expected at this time.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity has increased to the mid-C-level since the last message
due to another resurgence from NOAA 13122 which is now beyond the
northwest limb. NOAA 13125, an alpha region, also produced a C4.1
flare at 02:44 UT today. NOAA 13126 has remained quiescent and appears
to be in decay. It shall remain the target region for a further 24
hours with isolated low-level events possible.
