Solar activity remains at a low level. A small number of flares were
produced in the last 24 hours, the largest being a C2.1 from NOAA 14161 at
19:23 UT yesterday. Activity on the solar disk appears relatively quiet
with low levels of emerging flux. NOAA 14155 still retains the highest
number of sunspots of any region on the disk and shows minor evidence of
sunspot dynamism. NOAA 14155 will continue as the target region. Further
C-class activity is anticipated.
The approximate position of NOAA 14155 on 31-July-2025 at 11:30 UT is
S09W29, (459", -150")

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a low level, but has shown a small increase
since yesterday. A number of flares were produced in the last 24 hours, the
largest being a C4.7 from NOAA 14155 at 05:57 UT today. NOAA 14155 has
shown a slight increase in sunspot dynamism while NOAA 14161 has remained
dormant. NOAA 14155 is currently classified as a beta-type region and will
be the new target region for the next 24 hours. Additional C-class activity
is expected.

produced over the last 24 hours, the largest being a C3.1 from NOAA 14155
at 05:21 UT today. NOAA 14161 has remained dormant since the last message
and general activity levels on the disk appear low. NOAA 14161 will
continue as the target region while conditions remain quiet. Further
C-class activity is expected in the next 24 hours.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues at a low level. A number of small flares were
produced over the last 24 hours, the largest being a C3.1 from NOAA 14161
at 18:32 UT yesterday. NOAA 14161 is the newly numbered active region in
the southeastern portion of the disk. While this region is currently
classified as an alpha type region, this classification may change as the
region moves further onto the disk. For now, NOAA 14161 shows notable signs
of emerging flux and several closed-loop structures. NOAA 14161 will be the
target region for the next 24 hours, with additional C-class activity
expected.

Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity continues to be low but slightly increased from the
last message. Several low-C class flares were reported from multiple
regions. The largest event in the past 24 hours was a C3.4 flare at
8:58 UT today(7/27) from a plage region located at S04E05.
No flare was reported from the target region, NOAA 14149, and three
flares were reported from NOAA 14155 since the last message.
A region rotated from the Southeast limb (at the latitude of South
14 degree) produced 8 low-C flares in the past 24 hours. A medium
sized sunspot can be seen although it is too close to the limb to
figure out the configuration. Today, we will switch the target to
this unnumbered Southeast limb region because of the frequent flare
history. Additional C class events are expected.

Solar activity has been very low since the last message. The largest
event in the past 24 hours was a C3.3 flare at 14:04 UT today(7/26)
from a newly emerged region (unnumbered) in the East of NOAA 14155.
NOAA 14155, NOAA 14153 and the target region, NOAA 14149 each
produced 2 low-C class flares in this period.
All the numbered regions on the disk are currently unanimated. The
new region produced the C3.3 event today shows only a small sunspot
and is uncertain if it develops further. Today, we will continue to
observe NOAA 14149, on the area of its following sunspot, expecting
additional C class events.

15:30 UT is: N17W12 (202", 197").

Solar activity continues to be low since the last message.
The largest event in the past 24 hours was a C7.4 flare from the
trailing sunspot of NOAA 14149.
The region from the East limb (at the latitude of S08 degree) was
designated as NOAA 14155. It is currently classified as a beta-type,
continuing to produce low-C class flares. Yesterday's target, the
leading (positive) sunspot of NOAA 14149 has quieted in the past 24
hours. However NOAA 14149 has new flux emergence in the West of
following (negative) sunspot and was re-classified as a beta-gamma
type. This region produced 3 low-to-mid C class flares including the
largest event C7.4 in the period. Today, we will continue to
observe NOAA 14149, but switch to the area of its following sunspot,
expecting additional C class events.

15:30 UT is: N16W01 (23", 191").

Solar activity continues to be low but has slightly increased from
the last message. The largest event in the past 24 hours is a C8.1
flare from the Southwest limb at the location of NOAA 14145.
Yesterday's target, NOAA 14150 did not produce flares.
A few of low-C class flares were reported from the yet-unnumbered
region from the East limb at the latitude of S08 degree. However,
its sunspot and magnetic configuration are still not clear.
NOAA 14149, passing the central meridian today was reclassified as
a beta type region (from a beta-gamma type) but started to produce
3 low-C class flares from the area of its leading (positive polarity)
sunspot after a few days of absence. Today, we will switch the
default target to NOAA 14149, at the location of the leading sunspot.

15:30 UT is: N16E04 (-69", 182").

Solar activity continues to be low since the last message.
The target region, NOAA 14143 produced 3 low-C class flares but
completed Northwest limb passage earlier today. The largest event
in the last 24 hours was a C6.4 flare at 20:05 UT yesterday(7/22)
from NOAA 14150 at S14E32.
The largest active region, NOAA 14149 retains a beta-gamma type
magnetic configuration but stays flare-quiet for more than two days.
A newly emerged region in the Southeast quadrant, NOAA 14153
produced 3 low-C class flares yesterday but it is still uncertain
if it develops further.
NOAA 14150, currently classified as a beta type, recently added a
new sunspot (with positive polarity) at the Northwest side of the
main leading sunspot (negative polarity). This region is the source
of a C2.5 flare (at 13:31 UT today) in addition to the C6.4 event
yesterday. Today, we will observe the leading sunspot of NOAA 14150
as the default target, expecting additional C class events.

15:30 UT is: S14E18 (-286", -312").

Dear Collaborators,
The activity of the earth-facing side of the Sun continues to be low.
However, there were a series of significant eruptive events from the
regions close to the Northwest limb for the past two days, observed as
the low-C class flares from NOAA 14139 and the target region, NOAA
14143. The largest events in the past 24 hours are two C2.8 flares,
one at 20:25 UT yesterday(7/21) from NOAA 14139 and another at 7:59
UT today from NOAA 14143. Other active regions on the disk stay quiet
since the last message.
NOAA 14143 is showing signs of decay but 6 low-C class flares were
recorded from this region in the past 24 hours. Today, we will
continue to observe the trailing sunspot of NOAA 14143 while it
undergoes limb passage. Additional C class events are expected.

15:30 UT is: N25W79 (838", 388").
