phase, decreasing in spot area and number of spots to be designated a
beta/D-type sunspot group. 12665 continues to produce C-class flares,
including the largest event of the period (a C5.8 on 15-Jul-2017 at
19:26 UT). More C-class activity is expected over the next 24 hours.

Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA 12665 has slowed in decay by
maintaining spot area while decreasing in number of spots. 12665 has
remained designated as a beta/E-type sunspot group and continued to
produce C-class activity, including the largest event since the last
message (a C1.7 on 15-Jul-2017 at 00:20 UT). Further C-class flares
are probable over the following 24-hour period, with a small chance
for a low M-class flare.

The level of solar activity is moderate. NOAA 12665 has shown further
signs of decay with increased number of spots and continued decrease
in area. The target region has remained designated as a beta/E-type
sunspot group by NOAA and produced a long-duration M2.4 flare with a
CME on 14-Jul-2017 at 01:07 UT. C-class flares are expected over the
next 24 hours, with a chance for another low M-class flare.

Dear RHESSI Collaborators,
Solar activity is at a low level. Two newly spotted regions have
emerged in the Northern hemisphere, with only one being numbered
by NOAA as region 12666. This region has remained inactive while
the smaller new, unnumbered spot group (at approximately N13W68)
produced a C8.4 flare on 13-Jul-2017 at 20:01 UT. NOAA 12665 has
again decreased in spot area and magnetic complexity, now being
designated as a beta/E-type sunspot group. NOAA 12665 continued
producing B-class flares and remains the target region. B-class
flares are expected in the following 24-hour period, with a good
chance for additional C-class flares.

The level of solar activity is very low. NOAA 12665 has decreased
marginally in spot area and number of spots in the past 24 hours.
This region has remained classified as a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot
group but appears to be reducing in magnetic polarity mixing. NOAA
12665 has reduced in flare productivity, but was still the source
of the only flare since the last message, a C1.2 on 11-Jul-2017 at
20:18 UT. B-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours, with a
good chance for additional C-class flares.

Solar activity is at a very low level. NOAA 12665 has stabilised in
terms of spot area and number of spots over the past 24 hours. This
region remains classified as a beta-gamma/E-type sunspot group, but
appears to have reduced its magnetic polarity mixing to beta class.
NOAA 12665 has produced 5 B-class flares since yesterday's message,
including the largest of the period (a B8.5 flare on 11-Jul-2017 at
12:57 UT). Further B-class activity is expected in the following 24
hours, with a good chance for C-class flares.

C-class flares are expected in the next 24 hours.

is expected in the next 24 hours, with a chance for an additional
low M-class flare.

Solar activity is at a low level. NOAA 12665 remains the only spotted
region on the solar disk, and is classified as a beta/D-type sunspot
group. This region has undergone significant flux emergence and spot
formation since the last message, and shows some signatures of mixed
magnetic polarities in its intermediate portion (i.e. gamma Mt Wilson
class). NOAA 12665 has continued to produce B-class activity and the
largest flare of the period - a C1.0 flare on 7-Jul-2017 at 13:37 UT.
Further B-class flares are expected over the next 24 hours, with a
chance for low C-class flares.
