Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity was at a very low level. The largest events since the last message were two C3.0 flares produced by the target region NOAA 13825 and NOAA 13824 (S04W73, beta-gamma/E-type). The target 13825 has been designated as a beta-gamma-delta/E-type region, which shows some flux emergence in its leading portion. C-class activities are expected with some chance of an isolated low M-class flare in the next 24-hour period.
The position of NOAA 13825 on September 19 at 07:30 UT is:
S15W11 (176", -358")
