Dear Collaborators,
Solar activity stays at an extremely low level. Yesterday's target has not yet rotated over the South East limb, but a small magnetic flux region has begun emerging on-disk in the South East quadrant. This region shows the presence of a small pore and becomes the new target. However, no change in flare activity is expected over the next 24-hour period.
The approximate position of this region on 30-Jun-2020 at 15:30 UT is:
S23E56 , ( -722", -393" )
See http://www.SolarMonitor.org for images and http://solar.physics.montana.edu/max_millennium/ops/observing.shtml for a description of the current Max Millennium Observing Plan.
